PHIL MORRISON - President/CEO

Mr. Morrison founded D&A Collection Corporation along with Mr. Manny Cabral in 1988. Mr. Morrison is responsible for the overall operations of D&A Collection Corporation. Mr. Morrison is hands on with all aspects of the business and is widely recognized for his leadership and the long-term strategic planning of the company. Mr. Morrison's fingerprints are on D&A Collection Corporation's in house processes and the company's technological direction.

 

MANNY CABRAL - Executive Vice President and COO

Mr. Cabral founded D&A Collection Corporation along with Mr. Phil Morrison in 1988. Mr. Cabral is responsible for the day to day operations of D&A Collection Corporation. Mr. Cabral is hands on with all aspects of operations and is widely recognized for his leadership and the long-term strategic planning of the company. Mr. Cabral's fingerprints are on D&A Collection Corporation's in house processes.

 

STEPHANE ROLLAND - Branch Manager, Eastern Operations

Working out of D&A Collection Corporation's Montreal, Quebec branch, Mr. Rolland is responsible for the management and development of D&A Collection Corporation's eastern Canada operations. Mr. Rolland works hand in hand with D&A Collection Corporation's head office and offers over 7 years of industry related experience. Mr. Rolland is an integral part of D&A Collection Corporation's success in eastern Canada.

 

MICHELLE HUNTER - Branch Manager, Western Operations

Working out of D&A Collection Corporation's Calgary, Alberta branch, Mrs. Hunter is responsible for the management and development of D&A Collection Corporation's western Canada operations. Mrs. Hunter works hand in hand with D&A Collection Corporation's head office, offers 15 years of industry related experience and is an integral part of D&A Collection Corporation's success in western Canada.

 

RAY CARUANA - Operations Manager, Retail Division

Working out of D&A Collection Corporation's head office in Mississauga, Ontario, Mr. Caruana is responsible for overseeing D&A's Retail operations. Mr. Caruana is the lead manager for D&A Collection Corporation's University and Education business unit and is an integral part of D&A Collection Corporation's success. Mr. Caruana has been with D&A Collection Corporation since 1992 and his fingerprints are found throughout all aspects of D&ACollection Corporation's processes.

 

LORNE SMITH - National Operations Manager, Financial Institutions

Working out of D&A Collection Corporation's head office in Mississauga, Ontario, Mr. Smith is responsible for overseeing D&A Collection Corporation's Financial Industry business unit. As the lead for D&A Collection Corporation's largest business unit, Mr. Smith is recognized for his leadership and as a key component to D&A Collection Corporation's success. Mr. Smith offers 11 years of industry related experience and has been with D&A Collection Corporation since 2003.

 

MARK NICKASON - Commercial Collection Manager

Working out of D&A Collection Corporation's head office in Mississauga, Ontario, Mr. Nickason is responsible for overseeing and leading D&A Collection Corporation's Commercial Collection business unit. Mr. Nickason offers over 11 years of industry related experience, has worked in every business unit within the organization and is well versed in all aspects of third party collections.

 

LISA ROTONDI - Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager

Ms. Rotondi oversees all aspects of Compliance and Quality Assurance. She works hand-in-hand with all Collection Managers and Supervisors and supports their efforts through conducting formal audits, implementing quality control procedures, coordinating and executing training programs and providing one on one coaching. Ms. Rotondi offers 11 years of industry related experience and is a graduate of York University.

 

MARCEL PECHON - IT Systems Administrator

Mr. Pechon oversees all aspects of Information Technology and is responsible for D&A Collection Corporation's technological infrastructure. While continuously seeking out and testing new industry technology, Mr. Pechon is involved with all aspects of day to day Information Technology operations. Mr. Pechon joined D&A Collection Corporation in 1994 and is widely recognized for his leadership in Information Technology. His fingerprints can be found throughout all aspects of the organizations computer systems.

 

JASON NAZIM - Human Resources

Mr. Nazim oversees all aspects of Human Resources. He is responsible for the ongoing management of all D&A Collection Corporation's Personnel, Collection Licenses, Bonds, Registration Certification across all Provincial and Territorial bodies throughout Canada. Mr. Nazim has developed and implemented company manuals including; discipline measures, job descriptions, conflict of interest, confidentiality policy, business protection agreement, employee exit processes, licensing agreements, vacation/holiday/sick day policies, employee surveys and social committee.
